The haze from Sumatra began to clear during the afternoon yesterday, and by 6 PM the PSI was down to 73--the Singapore Air Force even conducted practice for the National Day flyover above Marina Bay. I remembered that the next day June 23, will be Super Moon 2013, and wondered aloud if we would be able to see it. My wife looked out just in time to see the moon beginning to appear above the Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1. I rushed out to the veranda and set up a tripod to capture some images of the waxing gibbous moon (96.7%).
