The moon was unusually large last night over Marina Bay--known as a "super" or perigee moon, according to NASA due to the closest approach to the earth since 1993. I actually didn't have the moon in mind when I set out shortly before 6 AM this morning with my camera over toward the Marina Bay Sands, and only had a wide angle zoom lens, but still enjoyed the extra bright glow over the financial district across Marina Bay as the moon slowly set between the skyscrapers.
