Each year in the last days of December, the lighting crew at the Marina Bay Sands begins practicing their use of the laser lights in the middle of the night and in the very early morning hours for the upcoming New Year Countdown show on New Year's Eve. I happened to notice this scene around 12:30 AM this morning and went out onto the balcony with the 7D and the 24mm TS-E lens to capture a few frames (no need for shift nor tilt on this image, however).
